For customers visiting your web site:

1. Can use any browser: Microsoft IE 5.0⁺ , Netscape 6.0⁺, Mozilla Firefox 1.0⁺
2. No software (or plug-ins) to download
3. Click on a button or link like these in your web site:

4. A chat window will open up on customer's browser, and customer can chat with an operator assigned to help
   
   
    

For operators of your web site:

1. Use our virtual call center application "HelpCenter" provided by HelpSwitch to support chat sessions with multiple customers anywhere in the world.
2. HelpCenter can run in Microsoft Windows Windows 98, 2000 or XP.
   
   
    
3. Operators will get an alert whenever a customer is assigned to him/her
4. Operators can use productivity tools in HelpCenter to response to incoming calls and manage simultaneous chat dialogs efficiently, using multiple tabs on the right panel.
5. Left panel can be used to display chat roster, session data, chat history, case history as well as managing keymaps and linkmaps.
